In the last few days, OpenAI wants ChatGPT to become your first stop for health questions, Anthropic is bringing its agentic capabilities to regular users with Cowork, and Elon Musk's Grok is facing global investigations after users discovered they could generate non-consensual images. Let's break down what these developments mean.

OpenAI Launches ChatGPT Health

OpenAI has introduced ChatGPT Health, a dedicated experience that connects medical records and wellness apps to provide personalized health information. The service includes enhanced privacy protections, purpose-built encryption, and was developed with input from 260 physicians. Currently available to select users outside the EU, it's designed to support rather than replace medical care.

Despite xAI's policies, Musk pushed back against guardrails while safety team members departed. Following investigations from Europe, India, Malaysia, and California, X announced it will geoblock the feature in jurisdictions where it's illegal.
